Welcome!

Has life become overwhelming or anxiety producing? Are you at a standstill? Society makes us feel that we always need to be producing, hustling and doing something in order to be worthy and as a result we tend to avoid feeling our emotions in order to keep going. This may help us in the moment but doesn’t help our future selves. We end up bottling things up until they boil over. Having a space to allow someone to focus just on you is validating and freeing. My aim is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to explore your inner self and work together to lift you up.

My approach is collaborative and direct in nature using mindfulness as a base for understanding. I strive to be collaborative and authentic during our work together to tailor an approach suited to your needs. I believe that there are no “bad” feelings, only uncomfortable feelings, and we must allow ourselves to experience all emotions without allowing them to consume us or keep us from living life. We can work together to learn how to make this possible.
